Have you ever considered a day other than Saturday for your wedding and reception? Many couples begin the search for a wedding and reception facility only to find Saturday dates already reserved. There are tremendous advantages to planning your wedding on a Friday, Sunday or even mid-week. Financial savings can be the best reason but there are also other benefits. What follows is a list of advantages for having a wedding and reception other than a Saturday at White Pines.
Wedding Canyon Ceremony
• The cost of a ceremony is drastically reduced.
• A “No Frills” ceremony option that saves even more money is not even offered on Saturdays.
•There are set times for Saturday ceremonies. All other days you can pick your own time.

White Pines Inn Reception
• There is a 5% discount on the meal prices for a Monday through Friday reception at the Inn.
• The minimum of 100 guests is waved for the reception (Monday through Thursday) in case you have a smaller guest list or you’re looking for a small intimate gathering.
• If you have under 100 guests, you have the option of a plated meal since the maximum number the Inn can serve is 100.
• There is a 100 person minimum for Saturday afternoon or evening receptions scheduled May through October.
• There is a 60 person minimum for Friday receptions.
• There is a 75 person minimum for Sunday receptions.
White Pines Inn Cabin Rentals
• White Pines Cabins are very popular and often booked even before receptions are booked. On Sunday through Thursdays there is a much greater chance of availability.

• Some services available through the Bridal Consultant offer mid-week discounts. Those who offer discounted rates are noted in their individual listings.
• Many services such as photographers, florists, musicians, etc., are booked on Saturdays so you have a better chance of hiring who you want rather than settling for anyone who is available.
