August 14 (Tues.), 15 (Wed.), 16 (Thurs.) & 17 (Fri.), 2012 Back again, White Pines welcomes Lynn Roberts of Scottsdale, Arizona with his fantastic impersonations and comedy routines from some of the all time great comedians including Red Skelton, Jack Benny, Jimmy Durante, & W C Fields. The second half of the show is devoted to everyone’s favorite, the beloved Bob Hope.  Roberts has been performing professionally for over 50 years but he started doing impressions even before that, entertaining his family and friends by imitating people they knew. During high school and through college he worked with a family trio consisting of himself, his mother and father, who were both excellent musicians. Later he went on the road with regional and nationally known big bands, becoming first chair sax with the Wayne King Orchestra before going out on his own. Although he still performs with his own bands, Roberts concentrates much of his time on his tribute shows.
