- This beautiful and historic log cabin lodge banquet room seats up to 125 guests. The room boasts a cathedral ceiling with impressive, large, log trusses. The floor is hardwood the color of maple syrup and perfect as a dance floor. The multi-paned country style windows line the walls of the east and west walls.Adorning the windows are forest green valances and an overlay of grapevine leaves which are interwoven with tiny Italian lights and translucent white ribbon. The raised wedding stage for the head table is decorated with flowing curtains, soft lights and a complimentary backdrop of columns, flowering baskets and ivy covered arch in the brides color scheme. This room joins with the outdoor garden canopy with hosta and fern gardens and flagstoned courtyard.

The Garden Canopy seats 150. Giant ferns compliment the green and white top and the courtyard is a beautiful flagstone. Twinkling Italian lights surround the tent and nearby trees, creating an enchanting impression as darkness falls. A heater and sides are available for inclement weather.
- May through October couples can take advantage of an indoor-outdoor event using the Janssen Room & the adjoining Garden Canopy for a maximum guest count of 275.

- The quaint Fireside Room seats a maximum of 45 and is ideal for small intimate receptions.

 Introducing White Pines LaBranche - The all new multi room banquet
facility for weddings up to 275 guests all in one spacious room. White
Pines Inn has been bursting at the seams for years with no room for
growth in the state park. "There just hasn't been enough room at the Inn
for the ever expanding wedding business and the ability to host large
events or multiple events on the same day", says owner Beth Henderson.
All that has changed with the addition of a gorgeous 6,000 sq ft. Cedar
Forest building, located just 7 miles west of the White Pines Inn and
Wedding Canyon, in Polo, Illinois. The new facility will offer not  just
one more banquet and reception room, but two. Renovations are currently
underway with a completion date planned for early spring of 2011.
Current plans include an all new entrance designed with stone columns
that will include an overhang for the loading and unloading of guests.
New carpeting and dance floors and fountains are also in the plans. The
bar area will be re-designed into a second banquet room and both
banquet spaces will have their own granite and limestone bar
areas."Lighting is really important to me and I believe a key element in
the look we are trying to create", says Henderson. "We are not going
for an over-the-top, outlandish facility, just a place that is
beautiful, warm and inviting and can be used comfortably for all types
of events including wedding receptions, banquets, reunions, proms, and
more".
Events are already being planned and reserved for the 2011 season. If

- There is a 100 person minimum for Saturday afternoon or evening receptions scheduled May through October.
- There is a 75 person minimum for Friday receptions.
- There is a 50 person minimum for Sunday receptions.
- Room minimums may be waived if wedding is booked less than 5 months prior to wedding date.
- There may be minimums on some buffets or hors d’oeuvres if planning a small reception.
- There is a 5% discount offered for any reception held mid-week, Sunday through Friday. This discount is not applicable on the Hors D'oeuvres Buffet since it is not available on a Saturday.
- If the guest count is less than 125 and couples wish to rent the Garden Canopy the fee is $200. If the guest count is more than 125 there is no fee & the canopy is automatically used for the reception.
- If weather permits & couples desire to have all the food service outdoors, there is an additional fee of $1.50 per person.
- It is recommended to have an extra speaker set up under the Garden Canopy when a reception is more than 125 guests. Musicians or DJ’s will generally provide the service if asked in advance.
- Children ages 4-12 are half price.
- A host and or hostess is recommended. Their duties are generally for greeting and directions.
- A tentative wedding date maybe be put on hold for 2 weeks with no obligation, in order to give couples time to make a decision.
- A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to guaranty a reception at the Inn.
- A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to guaranty a ceremony at the Canyon.
- A second deposit of 20% is required with the signing of the contract and is non-refundable less than 120 days prior to reception.
- The balance of payment is due at the close of the reception or 8 weeks prior to wedding if you are just having a Canyon Ceremony.
- Deposits may be made with all major credit cards, (except American Express), cash or checks.
- Final payment when having a reception must be credit card, cash, or money order.
- All receptions must end by midnight
- A guaranteed guest count is required 7 days prior to reception. The count must be broken down between adults, children (4-12) and babies (3+ under). Estimated count is due 30 days in advance. White Pines Inn is always prepared to serve at least 5% above given count
