White Pines Forest offers beautiful natural surroundings, setting the tone for a memorable reception and marriage celebration. The Inn, an open-beamed log lodge, stands majestically at the top of a long winding drive in the middle of White Pines Forest State Park. The décor suggests charming country elegance. Delicious meals are created by the Inn’s Chef, whose reputation is known far and wide at this historic landmark inn. A wedding reception is by all means a priority at the Inn and friendly, professional servers pay attention to every detail

The cost of a reception at White Pines Inn is based on the per-person price listed for each meal selection. Please note: all prices include sales taxes and gratuity.

 Included in the price of all White Pines Inn and White Pines LaBranche Receptions:

• Reception room rental fee for up to 1-1/2 hours of cocktails, meal service and up to 3 hours of dancing (there is a $100 per-hour fee for each additional hour up till midnight and decision can be made during the reception)

• White, Sandalwood or Black linen tablecloths
• Linen napkins in a variety of colors*, designed in a creative fan fold for an elegant accent (*White, Sandalwood, Pink, Mauve, Gold, Red, Burgundy, Moss Green, Seafoam Green, Royal Blue, Navy Blue and Black)
• Coffee, hot tea and ice water
• Red fruit punch provided in a cut glass bowl – available through the meal service, until the dance begins
• China, silver and glassware
• White skirting for the head table, cake table, gift table and buffet
• Servers for all evening including a bartender
• Maitre’de to cut and serve the wedding cake
• Raised wedding stage for the bridal table created with curtains, romantic lighting, trellis, pillars and decorated with flowers of the bride’s choosing
• Set up and clean up
• Hardwood Dance floor  

• A tentative wedding date may be put on hold for 2 weeks with no obligation, in order to give couples time to make a decision.
• A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to guaranty a reception at the Inn or White Pines LaBrance.
• A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to guaranty a ceremony at the Canyon.
  
• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for any reservations made for cabins. A bride make book up to 13 cabins (10 in the park & 3 Pine Creek Cabins) all for the $100 deposit. The 2 or 3 night minimum stay is waived for weddings.

• A second deposit of 20% is required with the signing of the contract and is non-refundable less than 120 days prior to reception.
• Receptions are not allowed in the Wedding Canyon
